The Leadership Collective is a group of dedicated women from our SPG community who have stepped forward — with support from Team WEvolution — to help guide and nurture the community as we move forward beyond the closure of WEvolution as an organisation. Their aim is to honour what makes Small, Powerful Groups unique while shaping an even stronger future together.

What the Leadership Collective does

We believe in the power of collective wisdom. That’s why the collective will offer Sounding Board sessions — regular open meetings where you can:

  • Share your feedback and ideas

  • Help shape the future direction of SPGs

  • Hold the Collective accountable to our shared vision

Dates will be announced soon — and they would love for you to be part of them.
